How do I place an order?

You can order directly through the Toy Street HK 24/7 online store. Browse your preferred diecast alloy models, car collectibles or figures, add them to your cart and follow the checkout instructions to complete payment. If you need assistance selecting Tomica, Mini GT, Inno64, Tiny or other branded products, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 6354 1065).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

• FPS (Faster Payment System)

Please complete payment within the specified timeframe after placing your order. Overdue diecast model and figure orders will be automatically cancelled.

How can I check my order status?

To check the status of your Tomica, Tomytec, Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64, Tiny or other diecast alloy model and figure orders, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. We will respond with delivery updates as soon as possible.

Is the product in stock?

Stock levels displayed on the Toy Street HK website are updated in real time. However, as some Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64 and other branded products are limited-edition releases, stock can change rapidly. If your desired item shows as out of stock, please contact us to enquire about restocking dates or to arrange a pre-order.

What delivery options are available?

Toy Street HK offers five flexible delivery methods:

• Yuen Long store pickup (free of charge)
• Long Ping MTR Station meet-up (by appointment)
• Hong Kong Post standard mail (postage paid by buyer)
• SF Express (shipping paid by buyer)
• Local delivery service (free for Kowloon & N.T. on orders over HK$100; HK Island +HK$20)

How long does delivery take?

Yuen Long store pickup can be arranged on the same day. Our local delivery service operates every Thursday and Friday from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. SF Express orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Hong Kong Post standard mail usually takes 3–5 business days depending on postal processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

As diecast models, alloy car collectibles and figures are collector's items, all sales are final unless the Store has made an error or the product has an obvious defect. Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, and the product must be unopened with packaging fully intact. Tomica, Tomytec, Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64, Tiny and other branded diecast models with opened packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your diecast alloy car model or figure has an obvious defect or does not match your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

What about damage during shipping?

For diecast models and figures shipped via post or courier, shipping risk is assumed by the buyer once the product is handed to the logistics company. We recommend choosing SF Express for valuable or limited-edition Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64 and other collectibles for added protection. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.

Pre-order Service

How do I pre-order upcoming releases?

Toy Street HK offers a pre-order service for diecast alloy models and car collectibles. When Tomica, Tomytec, Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64, Tiny and other brands announce new releases, you can pre-order via WhatsApp or our online store to secure your limited-edition diecast models and figures. A deposit may be required — please contact us for details.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Confirmed pre-orders are generally non-cancellable. If you have special circumstances, please contact Toy Street HK customer service as early as possible to discuss options.

You are welcome to visit and experience the joy of collecting in person. We recommend confirming opening hours via WhatsApp before your visit.

Can the store hold items for me?

Yes. If you have purchased multiple diecast models or figures online, you may choose to collect them in batches from our Yuen Long store. We will hold your items for up to 7 days after the order is placed.
